Your orders are meticulously wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS ground. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
In stock items will be ready to ship within three days of placing your order. Unless otherwise communicated, made-to-order items will typically ship within 3 weeks at most. We are sensitive to our customers needs and if you require any order by a specific date & time please communicate this with your order and we work with you to meet your request. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to make sure you are happy with your purchase of our art. We are happy to exchange items within 1 week of receiving your order for store credit or product exchange as long as they have not been used. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the item’s safe return. A 15% restocking fee may apply. As a small business we cannot offer cash refunds but can work out a way so all parties are happy.
All of our pieces are handmade so colors and dimensions can vary from online pictures and piece to piece. We love this slight variation because it makes each piece one of a kind!
